1. Reviewed cooking vocabulary (pages 92-93).
2. Correct crossword puzzle about cooking vocabulary.
3. Had discussion about cooking shows (see the vocabulary list we made).
4. Listening activity. Julie read the recipe and students filled in the blanks (Date and Nut Ball Recipes with blanks and with answers).
5. BREAK Students enjoyed date and nut balls made by Julie, lemon bars made by Rand, apple cider, and seltzer water.
