Fun with Homophones

That plane is not plain!
Today in class we talked about words that sound the same, but are spelled differently. These words are called homophones.  Homophones can be  very frustrating for ESOL students to learn, but once you learn them, they may become kind of fun to play with.  Here is a website that provides you with further explanation of what a homophone is and some practice with common homophones.  Feel free to explore that site or do some research on your own.  Can you think of any homophones?  Feel free to add them in comments below.

Our last classes about:
- Native Americans( American Indians ) and Columbus.
- The Colonies.
- Thanksgiving.
- Explore,Rule,Invent.
- Before the Revolution,and
- The Revolutionary War,are very important for us because we can learn much more about the United States history.I think is a good help to be a good citizens.

I was readying about taxes . This article is very important and help us to know prepare owe tax. Sometimes we are confused how much money they back or how much I need to pay, but with this article many questions have you answer, they have a Tax Table to calculate.
